Group A-2 AO (Actuary) – 25 posts
Group A-3 AO (Accounts) – 25 posts
Group B AO (Generalists) – 289 posts
Pay scale: Rs.17240 - 32640
Last date for receipt of applications – 28.3.2011
Written Test – 22.5.2011

Eligibility:
Group A-1: Minimum of 55% aggregate in M.E/M.Tech (IT/CS) or MCA or MIT or MCM OR 60% marks in BE/B.Tech (IT/CS) are eligible for this group
Group A-2: To apply for this group, 60% in UG or 55% in PG is necessary. Must be a member of Actuarial Society of India. 
Group A-3: Pass in final of ICWA/ CA OR should have 60% in UG (commerce) or 55% in PG (commerce)
Group B: Those with aggregate 60% in UG or 55% marks in PG can apply here.
Age limit: 21 to 30 years, as on 1.2.2011

SELECTION PROCESS
The selection process of New India Assurance AO recruitment has Objective test in Reasoning, English Language, General awareness, Numerical ability & Professional knowledge. There is also a descriptive test to test your English knowledge.
 Application: The fees of Rs.500 for Gen/OBC  and Rs.150 for SC/ST candidates has to be paid by DD payable at Mumbai. Candidates applying for both groups should pay Rs.700(Gen/OBC) or Rs.200(SC/ST).Applications should be sent by ordinary post on or before March 28, 2011, as per the given format along have copies of necessary certificates.
